I want to give the UNC Health Johnston ER a 5 plus rating. We were camping in Selma this past weekend at North Point RV Campgrounds and my daughter-in-law fell on an E Bike breaking her wrist and we had to make and ER visit. We arrived at the UNC Health Johnston ER right at shift change Sunday night and you would have never known it. We checked in and waited about 5 minutes before being called back to be triage her and was sent straight back to a room and within a minute a nurse was in her room and a PA was in her room starting to access her. We spent 5 hours in the ER and it literally seemed like we were there no more than 10 minutes total. The time flew be and someone was working with my daughter-in-law the entire time we were their. The staff was amazing. I want to give a shout out to Nurse Amanda and PA Sherry. All of the staff in the ER from the time we arrived to the time we left were so compassionate, caring, and kind. This was the foremost best experience I have ever had with a hospital ER. I just want to say Thank You for giving you best, your heart for what you do and going above and beyond to help your patients like you do.nnMay God Be With You all.nA Blessed and Grateful Mother-In-Law.

I cannot speak on behalf of all of their staff throughout the whole hospital but I can speak on behalf of their emergency room staff that was working when I went in. They gave the best service I have ever had from them a hospital. I had fell and broke my wrist and it was really bad and they got me back so quick. They got pain meds and X-rays done so quick and inefficient. I cannot sing their praises anymore because they were absolutely amazing.

I had the most amazing birthing experience at the UNC Johnston womenu2019s center in Clayton. The entire nursing staff was SO supportive of everything my husband and I requested. After how stressful the delivery of my first baby was, we will forever be grateful for the calm and relaxing environment that was created for us here. A special thank you to my nurse, Danielle, who did everything in her power to ensure I was comfortable.

I have never waited in an ER for so long in my life, definitely would not recommend to anyone who actually wants to be seen. I arrived at 1930 but still I was waiting in the lobby until 0100. The lab technician was super sweet though, which is unfortunate.
