The people were professional, friendly & really nice. I went in to get a breathing treatment. I had never had a breathing treatment before so was a little scared because I had a really hard time breathing. They put me at ease & made me feel less scared. They were really nice also! We have had to go to FastMed a number of times; most recently, I suspected my daughter had broken her wrist. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and also just fun. They make an unpleasant situation MUCH more enjoyable. Will definitely come back any time I or anyone in my family needs urgent care.

I went in for a couple shots for work and it was pretty uneventful, not that long a wait, not many other patients, quick, in-and-out appointment. I noticed they didn't give me all my shots afterwards, but it was alright since I managed to make contact their manager and let them know, the manager seemed pretty agitated when I asked for some kind of proof of vaccination the 2nd time around, just in case they missed something again, but I wouldn't have to play it safe if they did what they were supposed to from the start. Expect generally acceptable service unless they mess something up, then you'll get stonewalled with no info and a strangely antsy attitude throughout afterwards

Had a bad experience at one location but the manager Julie M called me and helped me to get what I needed done. She was great. I went to the Clayton office and they were quick and very knowledgeable to what I needed done. Jeff was great also. Thank you both.

I come from a health care background so I understand patient care and etiquette. The lack of detail and information was insane. I came in sick and left with no information about my symptoms other than some false negatives from a flu, covid, and step test. The ladies at the front were nice but the lack of information given by the provider was crazy. Good thing I have private insurance and was able to see my provider shortly after. Took my copay and left with no results as to why I was feeling the way I was. ud83dude44
