The nurses were nice and helpful, no complaints. The attending doctor ( Kristina Castro ) was very dismissive and rushing even tho there were no other patients being attended to or waiting. Her visit was barely 2 minutes and quickly dismissed all my symptoms to a simple cold without doing a full evaluation. I mentioned this to her and only after I brought it to her attention she did continue with additional steps but with disdain and begrudgingly and still rushed out with a less than pleasant attitude and only offered furthering over the counter medical treatment after I inquired. I was hesitant to share my experience but when I reviewed the other Google comments and seen a similar experience with the same attending physician it only made sense to share in hopes of a more positive outcome for future patients.

The front desk staff was great ! The nurse was great ! The doctor was not so good he wouldnu2019t listen when I said I needed a stronger antibiotic his answer was take your z pack well guess what it didnu2019t work I have health issues and take long time to heal the doctor didnu2019t want to hear it. So I basically wasted 50 co-pay still sick a week later and would rather not go back and deal with the doctor that seemed like he get he had better things to do . I would even leave a rating but he was such a useless doctor forget bedside manner how about listening to your patient and try to have a open mind the way this doctor spoke to me you would have thought I was asking for pain killers not antibiotics! Waste of time waste of money !

The hours are wrong on the website and on the phone. I made an appointment for 7am, called the phone number to confirm that the place was open at 7am and then took an expensive Uber to Centers Urgent Care only to see that they open at 9am. Iu2019m very disappointed. They need to update their hours online and on their phone and not let people make appointments for a time when theyu2019re not even open!

The M.A. was empathetic, kind & courteous. The P.A. Patricia was wonderful as well and all though I know as a diabetic I have a greater risk of infection from the laceration. She explained that I have to be super vigilant with my diabetic diet & daily antiseptic process for 2 weeks to facilitate a quicker healing & recovery. She was extremely sympathetic & just terrific!nI thank the entire staff.

Front desk girls were very polite and friendly. Nurse took my vitals and saw me in a timely manner and did my imaging on my ankle. Doctor was great explained that I broke my ankle. She put a boot on my ankle explained how to proceed. The whole experience was professional and timely. Thanks so much to the staff you were great. Pat Donoghue
