This company sent about 20 fedex envelopes under our companies account number. Based on other reviews, not only do they scam patients, but they steal fedex account numbers as well. Feds are on to them this time though.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I thought the bill was a scam at first because of how poorly the format was and I never got any email or heads up this bill was even coming. To top it all off, the woman I spoke with on the phone was so incredibly rude and talked down to me when I called with questions about my bill. Would not recommend dealing with this company, -3/10

These people are the worst. After 36 minutes on hold to pay a bill Josie was rude as could be. I was annoyed she wouldn't take my information as dad (and sole cargiver) to my daughter and threatened to disconnect me when I questioned her. Absolutely trash.

The billing customer service is extremely less than desirable, to put it mildly. There are always long wait times on hold. When I leave a voice message asking for a call back, I never get one. Finally, when I get ahold of someone, she is snippy and unfriendly.nIf the bill is for an uninsured patient, they have to answer all kinds of income questions just to get not financial assistance, but a simple self pay discount.

This is actually insane, Iu2019ve been trying to figure out my medical bill for the past 6 months, and have gotten terrible customer service. I was promised a call back, itu2019s been two weeks with no call. Iu2019ve called back for the last two days and they are u201cclosed for a company wide meetingu201dnGod forbid you have someone manning the customer service desk to take calls why yall charge insane amounts for your services.
