I always have a positive experience any time I need to come here. The front staff are always very welcoming and courteous. They are well prepared and understand how to make the initial process of submitting paperwork or getting checked in a breeze. Dr. Marchetti is the best! He always listens and explains everything in great detail so you can get better faster. These guys and gals are AWESOME!

The wait was not long. Dr. Manchetti was great. He was professional & approachable. He listened to me. Treated me like a person not like a number. He explained what was going on with me. He called in a script to my pharmacy and printed out a list of local doctors for follow up. Overall the best experience Iu2019ve ever had with an urgent care doctor. Thank you.

The office staff is very nice but the MEDICAL CARE is BAD. I went twice. Two different issues. Two different doctors. Both were totally incorrect - one gave bad stitches (and talked the entire time while not paying attention) and the second doctor totally dismissive. Incorrectly diagnosed. Do not go into there. It feels filthy. The only amazing thing is their nice receptionist. Too bad sheu2019s not an MD

Excellent experience here today. Dropped in after work and walked in to an empty and clean waiting room. The receptionist addressed me right away,.was friendly and professional. I was called in once I completed my registration. The tech was really nice. I enjoy when the nurses and staff can joke and be friendly while still being professional. Dr Marchetti was wonderful. He listened, he asked questions was personable and very friendly. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and went over the meds in detail, even telling me what to do if I don't get betternThis was an excellent experience and I would definitely go back and recommend this place.

I only give one star because I canu2019t give zero stars. I came in with my 83 year old mother just before 1:00 in the afternoon. She had been there before, so even though I had to fill out all new forms, at least she was in the system. There was one man in the waiting room when we got there. The digital board posted that we were second. A client exited the exam rooms and left, but neither of us was called. 45 minutes later, we were brought to an exam room. Then we waited another hour before I asked if we were going to be seen. A voice answered that she would be right there, so I went back in the room. Ten minutes later, I went out and asked if I should get someone to stay with my mom since I had to be to work at 3:30. The receptionist at the front desk thought it would be a good idea, and again, a voice said that she would be right there. I called another family member to stay with he. When she was finally seen, the NP said she couldnu2019t treat her, gave her a script for an antibiotic cream and suggested she see her regular doctor. I was able to get that appointment for the following morning where her doctor said that the cream was absolutely useless-it is only good for burns. It was the worse waste of over 2 and 1/2 hours with a totally unprepared (for two clients!!!) staff . Iu2019ve rewritten this three times because you wouldnu2019t have wanted to read my comments when I was really angry.
