My mother has been seeing Dr Sarah Maguire for years now. Ive only recently begun helping care for my mother who needs an iron infusion. However, she doesn't know where the referral was sent. I told her to call the Dr's office. She said she's been trying for weeks. I rolled my eyes assuming she was grossly exaggerating. Now, two weeks later I have left 16 voicemails & received no return phone call. The phone line says press 1 for the reception whom I assume doesn't exist because she has NEVER picked up. There's also an option to leave a voicemail for Dr Maguires nurse who must be on the beach with the receptionist because she has never answered or responded. FYI. I live 1.5 hours away & my mother cannot drive at all. Thats why all the phone calls. And yes, ive tried to get the information online, but guess what... i need a pin from the Dr's office.
