I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, she had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. She was openly complaining about how many patients there were, as if thatu2019s our fault ? If you hate your job, just say that. I was there simply to pick up some lab results. After I paid, she just stared at me without saying a word. I wasnu2019t sure if there was something else I needed to do or if I should wait, so I politely asked, u201cdo I just wait now ?u201d She gave me the ugliest look, as if Iu2019d asked a stupid question. It was honestly uncomfortable and very unnecessary. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and super hostile, especially for a place where people come for care and support. Receptionists are often the first point of contact, and unfortunately, her attitude reflects very poorly on the entire clinic. If youu2019re that miserable, maybe itu2019s time for a career change !

My daughter was given the absolute worse service we have ever experienced. Her finger skin was ripped off and she bled A LOT, the clinic did not care about the damage they caused and they didn't even offer to prescribe anything for the pain or for infection. This is the absolute most GARBAGE clinic you can ever go to. They will only hurt your children and ignore any complaints. I will be making a police report due to neglect. They did not tell about the wound they caused, I got home and removed the bandaid only to see a horrendous wound. My 4 month old was crying all night and had had a fever since. Seems like it's due to infection, the staff are absolutely inexperienced here and they don't not care for your children. Do you and your kids a favor and NEVER RETURN TO THIS GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT

I was branching out trying to find a back up clinic due to my pcp having to go by appointments and here you can come in as a walk in plus they take adults! i love the doctors they listen to my every concern . I also admire how fast all the vital techs are to get me seen vitalized and into a room. Sometimes it can get packed with up to 30 patients at a time but they work efficiently to get you in and out as soon as possible!

Such a busy place yet despite that, the wait time never exceeds my patience levels. The nurses are very kind to the children and adults, they listened to my concerns while taking excellent care of my special needs child. Bonus is we are always in and out before we even know it! Dr. Garza is the best!
