Med Plus Immediate Care (formerly Southeast Urgent Care) has consistently provided me with excellent care. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facilities are clean and modern. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of services, from urgent care to wellness visits. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly, and I never feel rushed during my visits. My girls and I have been using this urgent care for about the past year &. Half. The little kids pediatrician is all the way up in Macon and itu2019s nearly impossible for me to get them in there for sick visits. My PCP is all the way in ATL. So Iu2019ve used these guys many many times when someone needs to be seen that day. The family NP Tonya has seen us for sports injuries. Bad colds. Ear infections. Pneumonia. She even saw me one day for a hunk of garlic being jammed up under my nail. We did see a gentleman MD one day as well and he was fabulous. They have X-ray on site and itu2019s come in very handy more than once. Iu2019ve never waited more than a few minutes. Iu2019ve never had issues with billing. Miss Tonya really listens and cares for her patients. Many times in a healthcare setting Iu2019ve felt super rushed and just overall like Iu2019m not being heard. Iu2019ve never felt this way about this practice. They are wonderful. Definitely my go to. I would recommend them very highly. Signed. A very happy and well cared for family

The staff is helpful and caring. Channie greeted us kindly and helped w wheelchair. Allison supported my husband to take x-rays. Davius was kind and gentle for more tests. NP Ashley asked important questions and updated records. We left w clear instructions for meds and care.Thank you!

Had a Great experience at Med Plus with Tonya. I was very very sick and she took the time to really listen, examine and diagnose my problem.She provided a lot of information to me, answered all my questions and decided on a full scale treatment to try to get me some relief and prevent the problem from getting any worse. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Med+...!!!
