Rather than offering reassurance, she appeared to shame me for expressing relief that my child's condition was not more serious.nnAs a concerned parent, I brought my child to Nicolas Childrenu2019s Urgent Care in response to significant pain, believing it would reflect the same standard of care as their emergency room locations. I made this decision out of a genuine concern for my child's well-being, seeking professional guidance.nnUpon receiving a diagnosis that indicated the issue was not severe, I expressed reliefu2014an entirely human response. The doctor, rather than acknowledging this, replied curtly, u201cWell, if you thought it was something worse, you shouldu2019ve gone to the emergency room, not urgent care,u201d implying poor judgment on my part. I found this response inappropriate and unnecessarily judgmental, especially in a setting where compassion and support should be paramount. I think it's also important to share that this visit to urgent care was not freeu2014I paid for it out of concern for my childu2019s well-being. I came seeking guidance, not judgment.

We had a wonderful experience with Shannon, RN, when my 5-year-old daughter needed care for a high fever and an ear procedure. Shannon was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. She gave clear, reassuring directions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, she made my little one feel safe and comfortable, which meant the world to us during a stressful time. We're so grateful for her gentle and compassionate care!

Took my daughter in after having multiple days of fever and cough. As a worried mom the staff made me and my daughter feel so at ease and comfortable.
