I was a walk in at around 3:15 PM on 10/19/24. Everything was super smooth including filling out my demographics through the solv portal.The office was beautiful and clean. I went for a facial abscess and was extremely nervous since I never dealt with this before. The staff was amazing from the gentleman at the front desk to Leanna the M.A & both the Physicians who worked together to drain my abscess. My nerves were getting the best of me but the Male physician helped me through by joking & reassuring me everything was fine. Thank You all so much for making me feel comfortable and safe.

I have gone to this urgent care facility twice and both times have been very satisfied. There is minimal wait time, the staff is courteous and the care provider is efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. One of the main reasons I chose this urgent care center was because they have x-ray equipment. So convenient not to have to go elsewhere when suffering from a respiratory issue! They can diagnose the issue right on the spot! Will definitely be using this facility for future medical needs!

Iu2019ve havenu2019t been feeling well the past couple of days and decided to get checked out. I just walked into the office. The gentleman that treated me was so friendly and made the check-in process so easy and fast. I didnu2019t wait too long before getting called in and the young lady that took my vitals was also very professional and friendly. The doctor walked in fairly quickly after that and her bedside manner was impeccable. The check-out process was great as well. I would definitely recommend.

The nurse practitioner was extremely comforting and respectful. She listened to my concerns and reassured me that things were ok. I was informed what symptoms to look for that would require immediate attention. The staff were also extremely personable and kind. The facility was clean. I will definitely return to the medi center if any future medical issues arise.

The best team of people youu2019ll ever meet!nnI had to pay more, because I was outta state and my insurance didnu2019t cover the costs of my injury, but the support and friendliness of the staff made it all worth it!
