So many Covid test only accept cash ud83dude02 Good thing is parking spot available for the transport public bus accessible but Do not go to this clinic unless you have no other option outside of the clinics are covered with dirt, Trash everywhere Doctor rude with the patient. The whole treatment is in asian style my little girl slept for two days because of the high dose the old doctor prescribed.

They are supposed to open at 8, but didnu2019t open until 845. When they did unlock the door, there was only one employee and she said they couldnu2019t see me for another 45 minutes. She also said I had to have a mask or pay $2.00. Definitely do not recommend for any of my active duty folks.

One of the worst urgent cares I have ever been to. They had me fill out the forms and never said anything about not accepting my double covered insurance until I had already been there for over 20 minutes. They were one of the few clinics my insurance would cover yet they did not even attempt to look in the system. They told me they could not provide any care for me unless I paid out of pocket. I wasted money and time to come here just to be refused treatment and am now just stuck in pain. Very unprofessional setting and staff. Do not come here at all if you can help it.

The staff were very accommodating and were very nice given the amount of resources they have, or donu2019t have available. They built good rapport from the beginning by being accommodating to me and my family ( like offering me and my husband cups of tea when feeling ill -we felt at home! No other urgent care cares to give people cups of water tea hot cocoa etc. , and giving my daughter coloring books and markers! ). Healthcare is not easy these days. and this clinic may have less funds supplies and staff u2026but they are there to serve the community and help out. I give 5/5 stars because I could tell they were doing the best they could given their situation and the world in general has so many problems these daysu2026.. - Health doesnu2019t need to be one and the urgent care is helping community health and well being . As long as the road to improvement and trying to better business while serving community needs is being paved- that deserves recognition and they are working on trying to update and improve the urgent clinic.
