I will preface this by saying that Iu2019ve had some truly excellent care by several doctors and PAu2019s. However, all of the good ones are being driven out by Logan Healthu2019s ridiculous policies. This particular review is for the Urgent Care side. My daughter has been struggling quite a lot with unusual symptoms for months. I thought she might be anemic and came in after work to do a simple blood test and maybe fluids. Jerilyn Bodey was the provider and had her mind made up before she even saw us. Her questioning was rude, she seemed super rushed, and if I dared disagree with what she was saying I was treated as if I was being aggressive. I have been advocating for my daughter and her health for years. I have been the one to figure out her conditions, not doctors. And now I canu2019t even disagree with a provider without being told to calm down? I never even raised my voice. And be warned. If you are there any time beyond 5 pm, even though they are open until six, you will be accused of u201cmistreatingu201d the staff and keeping them there after hours. (I checked in about 440). There was so much wrong with how we were treated. Was I frustrated? Absolutely. But I was NOT rude, and instead of displaying anything akin to compassion I was accused of mistreating u201cheru201d staff. Iu2019m so disappointed and disgusted. I used to be able to request a provider. Because there are some really good ones, like Kyle Austin. And our nurse, Adrian? Phenomenal human being. But Logan Health has taken that away. The standard of care has just plummeted.

The urgent care located at this address.I brought my wife in the have a hemorrhoid lanced/taken care of. The sent her to the ER because they weren't comfortable doing it, even tho the room was set up and ready to go. They are capable of doing it, but wouldn't. Not happen nor pleased with there service. Why call yourself an urgent care if you aren't gonna do anything??!!

Update: I received the bill after a single visit here. $300 just to talk to the PA. This should have been covered under preventative care through insurance, but care seems to be the last thing these doctors worry about. NEVER AGAIN!One of the most unfriendly doctor's offices I've ever been to. The PA I saw was very cold and didn't take my condition that seriously. Giving it 2 stars because the nurse was super friendly.

My daughter took my sick granddaughter here to be seen. Dr prescribed an antibiotic.She was a walk in patient at urgent care.My daughter went to pick up my granddaughters medicine at the pharmacy only to find it was never called in!!How lazy and incompetent can someone be??!!They don't take their work or job seriously, it's just free easy money to them.Was later in the day so probably more concerned about how they can leave 5 minutes early and enjoy their free time than taking care of sick children. They should be ashamed of themselves, extremely unprofessional and from what I've heard a pattern with this place.If you care about the well being of your children and expect professional and competent care id suggest anywhere but here. I'm in the construction bussiness and have way more compassion for sick children then these peopleI don't know how they look in the mirror!!!
