The Nurse Practitioners and the office staff are very nice and helpful; however, I will not recommend this office. We needed a referral, but he didn't know of anyone ....... And that's how that was handled. We had to tell them where to send the referral -- the beginning of our cancer nightmare.

1st off let me say that Dr. Karim & company are awesome people to deal with. The staff is friendly and patient. Sometimes Dr. Karim runs late and sometimes he is thinking fast and it feels like he is almost not listening. Since I have been seeing him for years, I know that he is listening, but I'm pretty sure many people will be put off by it. The office in Addison is where I go to the most. Brandon is the guy I see more than Dr. Karim and he rocks too. I recommend both offices.
