From the moment I walked in I was greeted by front desk , she was so nice and made me feel comfortable . After being taken back the nurse took my vitals and was very nice to me too . Great experience. I have been battling an illness for weeks and needed to see a doctor. I looked at many urgent care centers around me and not one of them was staffed with doctors, only PA's or nurse practitioners. No disrespect to PAs and NPs, but I did not have a simple, straightforward illness going on and wanted to speak with a doctor. I finally found Katy Gaston Urgent Care and was happy to see that it is staffed by doctors. I went in as a walk-in and was seen right away after filling out paperwork. The facility is clean and very nicely decorated. There is even a refrigerator with drinks and chocolates in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is run by a husband and wife team who are both ER doctors. When one works the urgent care center, the other works at the hospital and they switch out. I had Dr. B and he spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I am fighting a virus, but he prescribed medications for my symptoms to make me more comfortable. Very happy that there are doctors close by that are easily accessible!

I have visited this urgent care facility a few times since recently relocating here to Texas. The front desk clerk is absolutely wonderful! She is very courteous, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond in all that she does. The entire staff is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. Also, The young lady that came to take the necessary tests was very warm and made my son feel at ease. Thank you all for your wonderful service!
