I recently moved from Ann Arbor to Denver and had a treasured piece of artwork to pack. Andrew packed it for me and did a fantastic job. The item was securely wrapped with great attention to detail. Had my package redirected there but they said the package wasnu2019t there when I make my trip over. Took about 3 days to redirect the package that is already in Ann Arbor to the actual location even though the app says pick up time is soon.

Ken and Edgar are some of the most polite people Iu2019ve ever met. If there were 100 stars that I could give for customer service, Ken Edger would receive it. They were extremely professional, and effective with communication. Additionally, the store was getting ready to close within one minute and they still allow me to complete my return with a positive demeanor. I hope that UPS manager truly looks at this review and acknowledges the wonderful employees that they have. Please keep up the great work.

I supplied store employee Andrew with a tracking number and he insisted the 5 lb. parcel wasnu2019t in the store. His u201cnothing I can do about itu201d attitude was infuriating! The package was located the next day. Cu2019mon, man. With all these 5 star reviews, I know you can do better. The package was quickly found by a much more customer service focused young lady.
