I am so happy with Quick Care!!! I had made an appointment with mercy One urgent care for a 4:20pm appointment through online. I got there (driving an hour to get there) to find out they didnu2019t have a provider. ud83dude2b I went to Quick Care and they were closing early but the Dr. came out to my car to get me back in to check me out. Ear infection both earsu2639ufe0f. I so appreciated the fact that he set aside his plans to help me. I definitely will use them again!!!

Incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Visited at 8am and was able to have my child back to school by 9. When I called later in the day with a follow-up question, the phone was answered quickly by a nurse and I was speaking to the doctor within a minute. They remembered us from our visit and were patient and thorough. I was surprised to receive a courtesy call a few days later to see how things were going. Highly recommend.

Our whole family has utilized Quick Care in Mason City in the past. With each visit, including last weeku2019s, treatment has been provided efficiently, professionally, and with compassion. The entire staff is wonderful and I would recommend the Quick Care Clinic to anyone in need of an urgent care facility. They even take the time to reach out a few days later after youu2019ve been seen to make sure youu2019re feeling better. Top notch customer service!

Horrible experience. Because I refused to get an xray for an infected ingrown toe nail the doctor refused to even see me. I went to another urgent care told them what happened and I was told they had a patient come there complaining of the same issue. Perhaps this doctor orders unnecessary medical tests to defraud insurance/Medicare/Medicaid and self paying patients like myself.

We went in first thing and were welcomed in with immediate care. Everyone was kind, thorough, and helpful. Our nurse was incredible! She talked with my son to make him as comfortable as possible and went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for him. She explained everything she did and smoothly discussed his interests in between checks. My child was seen emotionally and physically which is rare and highly appreciated. Cannot recommend Quick Care enough!
