I absolutely love Salem Pediatric clinic. Dr. Bailey is the best. Her assistants Veronica and Ashley are just as great! I really donu2019t feel that there is enough recognition for this place. Nothing but good things to say in my experience!

Dr. Stout is amazing and I'm so happy our daughter has her for her pediatric appointments! We scheduled a meet and greet while I was pregnant and she made time in her busy schedule to meet with us and answer all our questions. We knew after that she was the right pediatrician for our girl! All the nurses and staff have been friendly and helpful as well. Whenever I call with a medical concern they either schedule a prompt appointment or have a triage nurse call and address any concerns. Very satisfied with this clinic.

The drs here seem a little incompetent of doing their job. I've brought my kids here and was told there's nothing wrong, took them to another office and they found a ear infection, and couple other things. Not to mention they like to see you for no more than 5 minutes than they are just trying to push you out the door. The receptionist can't take down phone numbers properly.

I want to give a huge kiddos to Trina because she is an absolute hero! She was so patient, empathetic, and thorough with the information I needed to relay to my child's doctor. This is why all of my children have been going here since they were born! The care and attention to detail is much appreciated. Thank you!

Weu2019ve been taking our kids there for 9 years and itu2019s time to find a new pediatrician. Dr Vu is wonderful, but the office staff are harsh. I left in tears after the receptionist made me feel like a huge problem for asking to make an appointment, not answering her questions like she wanted, and for bothering her to start her computer. The lack of empathy is appalling and professionalism is seriously lacking. I canu2019t believe the experiences weu2019ve had. Iu2019ve waited months for a return call and a patient portal message to schedule well-child appointments. Youu2019re always made to feel like a bother and I would hate for another mom to leave feeling this way.
