We usually see Elizabeth Carlton but she wasnu2019t in office on the day of our appointment. We ended up seeing Catherine Miles. I absolutely do not like this new NP. She made us feel horrible and didnu2019t bother to read our babyu2019s chart at all. No medical history was taken into consideration for her care. A DOCUMENTED birthmark was suggested to be a bruise by one of her nurses as well and she tried to say we abuse our baby. I have never in my entire medical career and as an parent experienced such HORRIBLE bedside manners from anyone until I had to deal with Catherine Miles and her nurse. Avoid seeing them if possible. Always go to Elizabeth Carlton. She does her due diligence and never made us feel like we were purposefully being neglectful or abusive towards our baby.my baby ended up being sent out to the ER for some lane instead of DLO and now we have an expensive bill for no reason. The pediatrician for the hospital did an eval on our baby because we wanted a second opinion and said that it was extreme to send us to the ER after our baby received 3 vaccines. They even said our baby didnu2019t need to do the labs but we did them anyway because I felt like I had to or else DHS and CPS would get called on us since the nurse under Catherine Miles suspected abuse from us.

She makes you feel comfortable, confident and happy with her time and guidance as well as her efforts to ensure youu2019re taken care of. Weu2019ve been working with her for years and she only gets better. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for so long and it just seems like itu2019s getting trashier and trashier, itu2019s definitely getting worse. It is never, I mean never clean when we go in for an appointment. The smell is like dirty diapers and mold ud83dude2d Iu2019m just going to have to look for a new clinic. I just canu2019t do this.. ud83dude2c
