Excellent service and care. I was looking for an urgent clinic that accepts superior and was told they stop accepting walk ins at 1:30. I arrived around 1:10, checked in very quickly and didn't wait for 5 minutes when we were called back to a room. I let them know my son was diagnosed with autism a few months back and the provider was so calm, patient, and informative when checking him.

We walked in there wasnu2019t an eye roll nor sigh that we walked in. I was at 2 other places and got that treatment and claimed they were so busy at both places and made it hard just to check in. So walking into KIDS NOW was thinking the same was going to happen, they were really busy but the front desk took the time to look up my info WITHOUT SIGHING AND EYE ROLL. I WAS RELIEVED AS MY DAUGHTER fever at this time had spiked. They checked me in got the registration done and even the staff going to the back was so helpful and empathetic towards the patients. Thank you for the kindness this facility showed

Although this place is not local for me I drove over because they had appointments available the same day. The staff was amazing and I was quite surprised. Dr. Fliedner was amazing and great with my sick kiddo. He was very thorough and informative as to how to treat my child. This place was all around better than the local Pediatric urgent clinics I usually go to.

Yup donu2019t go here if you want to wait forever waited over 45 min for three people to go ahead of me because they were unable to verify both my insurances only able to verify one , when I offered to just use the one insurance and pay the copay the guy stepped in and said he was able to take care of it 15 min went by and I asked if they had been able to figure it out and still Nothing, I let them know that I was going to just go ahead and leave the Lady got upset. Walked to the back and said I just cancel it then.
