I brought my son to see Ms Kelly in January 2024 per recommendation since we switched our health insurance and I donu2019t understand how this lady is a pediatrician and has been for so many years. There was no warmth or bedside manner and my son and me had a horrible experience. There should be way more empathy when working with children. The front desk staff were unprofessional as well. Needless to say, we have never been back and we never will be. I would not recommend her to anyone and the service was subpar.I wanted to put zero stars, but Google wonu2019t let meu2026

Never again. ud83dude14My family has been seen by her office for over 20 years. No matter the location or staff we have been loyal to her way of serving our community but for the past few years the love and care for the families has dwindled. Itu2019s sad and hard to introduce your loved ones to a new Provider. Especially since being seen by her since before 1997. Iu2019m disappointed and just outright upset by the lack or understanding. Itu2019s like pulling teeth just to get anything from these people but a bill. Smh. But trust that bill going to come. Iu2019ve tried many times to get seen or even paperwork done. When I had military insurance everything was just peachy. Once I changed to Medicaid well all the niceness went out of the window and Iu2019m disgusted. $40 to fill out a pdf and send digitally through their portal because they are too lazy to send a an email. Yeah we are doneud83dudc4eud83cudffe

I took a few months before posting this review. We had one visit with Dr. Kelly and we will NEVER return. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor. For the record, I shared my concerns and feedback directly to the office staff the day after the visit and before posting this review.First, this was the longest wait I have ever had in a pediatric office; the total visit time was 2.5 hours. We were in the room (which was not child-friendly) for over an hour before staff came in to check vitals and have an initial conversation. When the doctor finally came in, she immediately addressed me but did not address my preschool child - the actual patient. My child had been waiting over 2 hours to see the doctor and was understandably antsy. The doctor only spoke to my child to admonish her for not sitting quietly. I was already very displeased in seeing this lack of care and interaction but continued the visit because I wanted a chance to share my concerns about my child's health and presentation. As I was sharing my concerns, my child had begun to melt down. I was trying my best to get through the visit but also had to attend to her, and the doctor chuckled and said oh your child is intelligent, very intelligent, and manipulative - she then likened her to teenage mass shooters and advised me on my parenting and I know you dont want to raise her to be a manipulative woman. When trying to attend to my child melting down, the doctor put her body between me and my child, grabbed and held my hand in an effort to appear supportive, but this only solidified how very inappropriate this whole visit was. The entire visit, the doctor never once engaged my child in conversation, let alone assessed her directly. And this was her statement to me. This experience continues to shock and stun me. I have NEVER experienced anything like this and I am here as a parent to do my best to not have my child experience anything like that again.I have since found a new pediatrician, thanks to a referral I received, who immediately heard my concerns and gave us referrals to specialists to address some concerning medical conditions. What Dr. Kelly was witnessing in her room that day were symptoms of the conditions, and she made egregious and dangerous assumptions about my child, which could have resulted in unaddressed health and mental health implications if I didnt find another pediatrician to see. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

We just moved to the area and we were nervous to find a doctors office for our child that we felt comfortable and welcomed at but all our worries faded after going and meeting the staff and doctors here. I loved how my child was treated and that they spoke to her directly making her less nervous and comfortable with them. I found this to be so important as my child gets nervous and fusses when she goes to a doctors office. Many places wonu2019t see that, although she is only two years old that she is their patient and needs to be addressed not just the parents. They also answered all my questions and gave me feedback on some concerns that I had. I truly felt welcomed and left feeling at ease that I found such a great place to take my child.
