Worst Military Clinic possible. People makes jokes about how bad military medicine is however, they haven't been stationed up here. The level of apathetic healthcare professionals here that will do the bare minimum or less. First its the struggle to get appointments, traditionally you have to wait a month or so but for their public image they post the number of available appointments on their FB to portary their availability but those appointments have nothing to do primary care or how it impacts service members. Then once you get an appointment and visit the clinic, they are rude and treat you like a burden to even take up their time from being able to socialize. Lastly, their answer to your health concern is to referral you (which you can't even get a hold of), do labs (which you never get the results or they mess up labs and make you do them 3 times or more) or nothing. Then you as the patient would need to call to schedule another appointment months later or try to get ahold of the doctor just to try and get some type of solution for your problem but they ghost you or say you need to schedule again. The excuse they used is they provide services for all branches in the area but only have enough to manning to support the army personnel. Then when you try to use the network, your not allowed to because tricare. Soldiers are dismissed as quickly as possible without resolution and are unable to work effectively due to all the time these people make them waste. Very counterproductive and needs to be reviewed for correction.

I continuously receive exceptional service at Kimbrough ACC. From making an appointment, checking in, triage and DR visits. I recently have worked with Maj Tonesha. Garcia (nee Sworell) and currently Maj. Chao Shen. The level of care and concern from everyone is life changing. When running late fo le my appointment I have been met with patience and encouragement. The referrals are placed timely and the same is applicable for prescriptions and lab work. The lab technicians and staff of phlebotomy technicians is superior. I mean did I get 6 samples taken in less than 5 minutes. Unreal. I am grateful that you all care so deeply for my health. Look forward to my next visit... Hopefully no more lab work, but whatever it takes, I'm here for it! And the pharmacy is awesome. Loving the new kiosk and dispenser system.

This has been the most frustrating experience Iu2019ve ever had trying to receive care. Iu2019ve been dealing with this facility for several months, and I still canu2019t access proper services because their system isnu2019t synced with Tricare. The staff, for the most part, are unhelpful, often rude, and seem poorly trained. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training seriously needs to reevaluate the standards. Even the supervisors appear to be uninformed or unwilling to ensure their front-line staff can provide basic, accurate information over the phone. This place is an organizational mess.

I got a cadiology referral a month ago for a heart murmur. I had to make five phone calls over four weeks for the referral to be activated so I could make an appointment. The first four times I called, the referral personnel said cardiology referrals had not processed the request, so it seems the backlog is there.On the other hand, Ms. Patel, Ms. Crick, and the rest of the Family Practice personnel are top notch. And the referral line personnel are infinitely patient and courteous.When I called the patient advocate, my call was not returned.

If you ever get a referral from here, prepare for a months-long battle where they repeatedly lie about having sent it, lose it, re-lose it, never have a good answer, and then gaslight you by saying well we tried to call you about it multiple times! after you've been pestering them for weeks because they aren't doing what they're supposed to.The family medicine and labs here are fine. Everything else is a nightmare.
