Best Doctor on Riverside Area. My whole family is with Dr. Wong. The staff is awesome. They are bilingual. We are senior with a son with disabilities. This people is family to me. Specially my Health Agent. She is # 1. She send us the Transportation all the time. Great place.

Doctor Wong is great, however what makes this clinic horrible is their staff, with the exception of 2 or 3 people. It is obvious that some of them do not know what they are doing. Especially one particular u201cladyu201d who was rude and did not let me see the Dr when I went to pick up my results. The purpose of seeing the doctor is to review the results and answer any questions you may have. This short with glasses, Hispanic, possibly pregnant person said u201cthey were bookedu201d when there was clearly no cars in the parking lot. I believe healthcare providers are supposed to help. This individual had no intention of that but just to be there for a check. I donu2019t understand why people who donu2019t like to service others have these jobs. Get another job where no one has to see you.

What attracted me to this doctor's office was how convenient it was me, the staff is nice and the Doctor is good and thorough. There was some wait time but I've never been to any doctor's office where there isn't any, the office itself could use a bit of upkeep but I will return.
