I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Michael Ghods. The customer service was abysmal, and the lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. When I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and unhelpful.nnI expected a higher level of professionalism and care, but unfortunately, Dr. Ghodsu2019 office fell far short of even basic standards. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable and respectful customer service.

This office called me no less than eight times this morning trying to get information about a patient. I donu2019t even know the person who he asked about. They even provided the name of the patient which is a HIPAA violation. They did not ask for my identifying information or how I was related or if I could validate any personal information. Their business practices need to change.

Dr Ghods really took care of me in the hospital when I was sick. He addressed all my concerns and made sure I got the appropriate medications. His team followed up to make sure I was safe at home and continued to be my doctor even after I discharged from the hospital. Heu2019s the best!

I helped my older aunt and uncle find this doctors office and they love it, theyu2019ve been going here for over a year. This office makes it very easy for patients who have a hard time leaving their home, by doing home visits - and they accept insurance. Itu2019s basically like concierge care. Plus the office itself is very open, aesthetically pleasing, and clean.nMy aunt and uncle always feel so cared for and are happy to have found doctors who they can trust.
