Terrible service, long wait, even with an appointment. Came for a drug test required by my new employer and they sent me here and worst place to come to. Heard someone waited an hour and half even with an appointment. If you come here I recommend coming soon as they open. By the way Saturday's they only have one doctor on staff and one person for drug test.

The service was Great in the front desk and also with the nurse who was attending me, answered all my questions but Dr.carol mancero super disappointed with her service and how she treated me when I was concerned about my situation. She was in a rush and SUPER rude with her service. I would not want her to ever give me her service ever again. I felt like she really did not care about my situation and disrespectful, she was belittling, she didnu2019t allow me to explain why I wanted to get seen today. She was quick to assume all I wanted was a doctoru2019s excuse. When Iu2019m just following up to get clearance since I still had some concerns . Other doctors and nurses heard the way she was speaking to me. Never have I had a doctor speak to me the way she did and she was extremely dismissive. I feel discriminated against. The first doctor I was seen by was amazing and the nurse who walked me in was amazing. Those are the type of people you need at your office. Thank you for everything.

The office was clean and orderly. The desk employees were polite and efficient. The PA introduced himself, listened to my concerns, and explained the course of action for my urgent issue. Great encounter with everyone who worked there.

Horrible experience. I made the appointment online and described my symptoms: Chest pain, shortness of breath, swollen feet, bad cough. Arrived early and checked in and waited an hour to be seen. I was told by Melissa that oh sorry we don't have an xray tech till Monday, it's Friday and no one told me when I checked in after she took my vitals. She checked me for tests and then sent the PA to see me who said for me to go to the hospital because I need an xray etc. Melissa told me she would refund me the $45 copay since they couldn't give me the services I needed. I explained that to the PA and she was shocked. Melissa came back in and said that it was all her fault and she took the blame but said her boss would have to reach out to me to discuss things further. Well I've lost 2 hrs of my time and $45. And now I have to go to the ER if I want to find out what's wrong with me. Unacceptable.
