I came in with a puncture wound from a fall on a tree stump yesterday and Rachel Worley was amazing at removing all of the wood from my hand while walking me through the process and ensuring that I was comfortable the whole way. I'm thankful to all the staff for a quick registration and procedure, allowing me to get back to Camp Dudley where I was chaperoning students on a field trip. Thank you to all of you who had a hand in my care!

Front desk staff provided the worst customer service experience Iu2019ve ever had. She was rude and disrespectful and literally threw my debit card at me once done with it. If I could leave a Negative 5 star review I would. I will never go back to YVUC. Worst experience ever.
