I was visiting Klamath falls, my son was up crying all night and my insurance didnu2019t cover the emergency department here so I had to wait till morning because this was the only urgent care my insurance covered. I didnu2019t have the physical insurance card so I was told I couldnu2019t be seen because they had to have the physical insurance card. Frustrated and on lack of sleep I leave and have get my insurance company to email a copy of the card. Fast forward to our visit we get checked in fill out paper work and wait to be seen. The gal at the front desk tells the nurse if you have insurance or not, strange. Then while Iu2019m the room the nurse says u201cwe donu2019t normally see kids so our vital equipment may not fitu201d my reply u201c this is where my insurance sent meu201d then she says u201c why didnu2019t they send you dr.so and so.u201d Names I donu2019t remember. I knew my son had an ear infection and that is all the doctor checked. Then she didnu2019t even prescribe the correct amount of antibiotics for his weight or illness. I called to try and the notes several times never got them. Asked for a fax they said over and over it wouldnu2019t go through. Asked if they could email gave them my email and still donu2019t have any notes. So I get home and take my son to his regular doctor and he had a double ear infection and his antibiotics are not even strong enough to help kill it.

I have been to this clinic occasionally for 20 years and have had extremely good service for several varying circumstances. They have taken time to call me back and review results, and have been very generous with their compassion and time to make sure medications are working correctly. They have provided good diagnoses. It is at reasonable cost. I would recommend.

This clinic does not care about your health they only care about money. They said they tried to bill my insurance and that the insurance said they had the wrong number. So why didn't they call me and let me know that. They said they sent mail, that I never got, and that was the only correspondence. I contacted my insurance company and they said they never received anything from Klamath walk-in clinic. Now all they want is money or they're going to send me to collections. Well go ahead. I will never go back to that place, I would die first.

Usally I wouldn't review but We spent 4 hours there and they said there are 1000 of diseases out there and said just go buy a bottle of pain killers thats it! No test to see if something was wrong. It was out rageous! It was very dirty spiders in the corners, bugs in the lights, cracks in the walls, dust on the tools, and a taped outlet! I was having very painful stabbing pains along my waist the doctor poked it says it felt tender that was it! No test nothing. We could hear other patients being helped when we were the first through those doors. The worst part was I put my hand on the exsamining table and had glass poke into my hand of the table! Just flat out unprofessional and unclean

I was traveling on an extended road trip and it was clear that I needed to see a doctor as we approached Klamath Falls. Walking in of the street, I was able to see the doctor quickly. She was professional and helpful. It was just what I needed. They followed-up with a phone call about my condition a week later to be sure I was doing OK. That, I feel, is above and beyond expectations. I would certainly return here should I be in Klamath Falls and need medical care.
