I have never had an experience where the staff was less competant with tasks that concern their every day job. The PA that I saw was exceptional and the only pleasant part of my experience. Since then it has taken me no less than 6 phone calls and 3 weeks to have medications called into the correct pharmacy, and now 3 months later after having been told by both the front desk and office manager multiple times that I was receiving a bill due to a system error, it will be taken care of, I now find out they billed the visit incorrectly so now I have they pleasure of sitting on the phone with my insurance to get it taken care of, as they will not. At least I assume they will not as they were supposed to call me back yesterday and surprisingly have not yet. This kind of service frustrates me to NO END, and you expect me OVER pay for it due to your continued incompetence? I think not.

I was spoiled by an employer who offered Kaiser for several years. When I had new insurance that required I find a new doctor I chose DPMA because it seemed to offer many services under one roof and was located in the right place near work and home. I made an appointment as I have daily medication that I take and was close to needing a refill. I went for this and since I was due for a physical, that also. I never saw not met a doctor, even though the appointment was with a specific one. I did have my blood pressure read, several times since the two PA's seemed to have a difficult time with the equipment, there was nothing else. Nothing close to a routine physical. That was weird, but I left with my prescription. The prescription covered my needs for 3mos. When the last bottle was due to be refilled I called twice always getting voicemail. I never received a return call. I attempted to refill and CVS called and faxed for permission. No response from the doctors office. This medication wasn't a narcotic, it was nothing useful to anyone who didn't need it. I needed it and apparently couldn't get it from this office. I ended up without it for a day which was very difficult and going to an urgent care for a prescription. Don't put yourself in the care of this place.

Rick berry and Taylor R.nSounds like another pair of complainers Ive had nothing but very good service since 2010 at Dana point urgent care. Do you both need someone to hold your hands when going to the restroom? Again thank you Dana point medical associates! Great service clean facilities friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Go to ANY other Doctor on the planet, this one is a nightmare. The problem is that they have NO BILLING DEPARTMENT and have no interest in being of any assistance to their patients with regards to health insurance and forms. It's really too bad that their front office is such a disaster, but that's the reality. They don't want to help, they don't know how to help and they don't care about their patrons at all.
