Well Iu2019m alive to post this, so they are capable, just seems all the people at desks suffer from apathy. No one really cares.nThe other thing is tattoos. I get it, everyone wants to look like everyone else with drawings all over, but face tattoos ? Really ? One dude had a neck tattoo, no idea what it said, like others it looked like scribbling. Maybe he couldnWear a collared shirt instead of a black t shirt. Iu2019m not at a 7/11, Iu2019m at a hospital where professionals used to work. Long gone are those days.

This establishment deserves much better credit and recognition than it gets in a world where everyone is hyper critical of everything. I think the staff there do as good a job as anyone can expect in a small town facility. I've been there many times for many different reasons and no place is perfect, but the staff was always helpful and polite and did the best they could at the time of service. I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

The phys therapy staff were a total pleasure to work with. Starting with the front desk staff to all the other staff that treated me... they were all well skilled at what they did. I especially thank Kaitlin Strobele for the confidence she instilled in me to continue the exercises at home and helped me to recognize that my inner ear balance was not totally destroyed by the stroke.

Urgent care 3/7/25. Melanie Kuhn was so rude and unhelpful. She ridiculed everything my husband said. She treated my him like he was bothering her. Staying in Quartzsite for 2 months so needed to find help. He had several issues and she said there was nothing she could do and this was an urgent care and they don't test there. If you want a test, go to the hospital. What?n****I called the Quality manager number and got a voicemail. No return call.*****n***** In May 2025 we received a bill for $617.00.***** I called and my insurance said they coded the visit wrong. I said I would never pay this bill. They did not give 5 cents worth of service at this urgent care. My husband has an infection and when we got home to michigan, they put him on a long term antibiotics. All it took was a swab of the nose to see he had an infection.

In 2019 I was in the hospital with bronchitis. My pulmonary therapist wore dryer sheets in her shoes so it's not to stink. Which believe me was so much worse, the chemicals in the dryer sheets are so much worse than a natural smell of stiny feet. The RN taking care of my IV her laundry detergent was so strong I could hardly breathe.nnIn 2025 I went to the emergency room where they had three room deodorizers in one small ER room. My sister and I both had a problem and could not take our masks off because of the smells. Thank God we had our masks.
