I absolutely recommend the Lafouche Urgent Care clinic. They have a very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The patient care that I received by the nurse and the medical assistant was outstanding..nThe care that I received from Shannon the Nurse Practitioner was awesome. She was so caring, knowledgeable and thorough and took great care of me during my visit. I feel blessed to know that we have such an amazing clinic and team that gives 1st class patient care.

After 2 previous urgent care visits at an unrelated facility, we chose Lafourche Urgent Care for our teen. The staff was very friendly and FAST! Dr Arcement was able to provide several prescriptions and was not too pleased with my account of the situation at the 2 previous appointments when we were denied prescriptions and an accurate diagnosis. . My teen is finally getting better after being sick for 2 weeks. Thanks for the wonderful first impression Dr A.

The Docter I seen yesterday was very rude and she didnu2019t help me, I have to go back to urgent care today and Iu2019m not happy about it. Sent me home with basically nothing and by the night time I ended up running a fever of 102.6 I will not be returning to this urgent care .

Itu2019s Dec 27 2022. I called earlier to see what time the close and said 8. Also the website said 8. I drive up at 2 minutes too 7. Pulled in the locked door with one truck in the parking lot and the workers cars in the back. So I called to see if they changed the hours she said no mam we had a lot of patients. Well no. Iu2019m outside at this point 7 ou2019clock pm. And theirs nobody but one truck. Never asked anything just didnu2019t care. So I sat for a while to reflect and they continued to peak out of the blinds. Very sad i had someone else call and they said they had lots of people. No mam. Iu2019m here. I saw the receptionist turn off tv. I have audio of the calls. Idk whatu2019s the problem but this is sad.
