Was seen for a VA exam today. I arrived very late due to unforeseen traffic conditions but the office was still willing to accommodate and get me in. Check in is very smooth without endless documents to fill out. The medical assistants are quick and the time between them and the provider is instant. My provider Amanda was very thorough and receptive towards my concerns. This was worth the hour long drive. Thank you for the great service.

Business hours on there door says until 2pm, I get there at 1pm, and they mentioned they close alot earlier the 1pm to make sure they leave by 2pm. Drove 30 minutes for nothing, change your hours showing you close at 12pm, so I can get there earlier

After being a patient for 11 years, my prescription was stopped suddenly even when the medication literature says it shouldnu2019t be stopped it suddenly, gradually instead. Last time I went to discuss this the RN didnu2019t even let me talk, was indifferent, rude and careless. She prescribed something else u201csupposedlyu201d for anxiety , when I got it it says is for allergies. Real disappointed.
