Iu2019m pretty unhappy with my experience here. The staff here is nice. However, Iu2019m only here to provide a urine sample. Documentation noted that I do not need to make any appointment. Registration was quick. However, I had to wait for over an hour to provide a urine sample. Iu2019ve been to many urgent care centers and Iu2019m never waited for more than 30 minutes to provide sample. Iu2019m not sure the processes in place to get patients in and out for sample here but it truly should not take that long. This clinic should review their processes and determine ways to improve wait time and efficiency for patients who only need to provide samples. This can also help reduce the amount of patients in the waiting room. I will definitely not return to this urgent care center. Highly discourage you from going here if youu2019re looking for quality care and efficiency.

Concentra sent a text asking me to rate them publicly following my 4/10 rating to their text prompt.nnThe facility is clean and the staff not overly kind, but they are professional.nnThe problem here is the wait time... it is unbelievably long. I waited 90 minutes for a urine drug screening.nnAvoid this location unless you have no other choice.

The lady who orchestrated my test wasnu2019t really descriptive of what I needed to do. Sheu2019s just kind of put the test in front of me and expected that I knew what to do already. Needed better guidance of directives during the test.

The visit was fairly quick. I only waited about 15-20 mins to be called back. The reception and nursing staff was polite. I wish I was aware of the free parking lot across the street.
