Just horrible a bunch of new people and the black front desk chick is always on the phone talking to whomever and canu2019t even enter prescriptions properly. I already knew what time it was upon entering the facility and seeing her. Our own black people make us look bad all the time. Previous office clerks, black and white, didnu2019t hold up checking in and out nor did they put the incorrect amount of dosage in for medication. Now I have to wait till the next day and have them resubmit my full order and wait around as the pharmacy completes it again. Totally unprofessional. DEI at its finest

Will no longer recommend this place!!!! At one time is was good, now it is so unorganized, complete disaster. Complaining and cursing in office thinking patients donu2019t hear, rude behavior from staff, told one thing then they tell you something different. Definitely go else where unless you want endless calls cause they donu2019t communicate with each other, donu2019t do referrals as promise, have you make an appointment then tell you they canu2019t see you and need to reschedule, and send you else where for labs cause their phlebotomist doesnu2019t show up. Absolutely ridiculous, no wonder all the PCP left!

They charge 150 even though it clearly says on my insurance card 25 co pay. The Dr was great, but the office staff is definitely scamming people and/or insurance companies as itu2019s mentioned in other reviews. Called the insurance company and they verified TPC should have charged me only the copay. Still waiting on reimbursement.

Hands-down, this was the best new patient experience Iu2019ve ever had. I had been to this location years ago, but since the ownership switch, this was my first time back. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! The receptionist was amazing and had the best personality! The NP, Erica Cox, and her awesome assistant, Sam, were simply amazing! I even had an amazing experience having my blood drawn! The lady was so sweet and I didnu2019t feel a thing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the new Triad Primary Care and I very much so highly recommend them!nUpdate: after my first visit, I heard nothing from the practice about the approval of my medication, nor was a prior authorization completed by the practitioner. A month later, I decided to start a different program with another facility. I was very disappointed because the potential here seemed amazing.

The professional and customer service experience is unmatched. I finally know what it is like to be cared for and understood by my medical provider. Feels good. Dr Chow is very professional and at the same time you feel as if you can talk to him about your issues and feel extremely comfortable in the fact everything Dr Chow tells you about your health is accurate. Also I feel if procedures were needed for you, it would definitely get done and be resolved. u263aufe0f
