I visited earlier today for a general sickness.nThe preliminary staff that did my nose swab for the flu/covid were very sweet to me.nnThatu2019s where the positive portion ends. The front desk secretary has to be one of the most indignant and disrespectful people Iu2019ve ever had to deal with. Ever.nnThe doctor refused to prescribe Tammy flu because he said it was a military op and it only reduces symptoms by 6 hours. He quoted multiple studies and wrote any care off. My visit told me next to nothing and the u201ccare provider (tall portly guy) had no interest in helping us.nnSkip this and go to one of the better rated establishments this was a waste of time and money. Only to be insulted and openly called an ass by the desk clerk while I was leaving.nnI honestly canu2019t believe the way these people interacted with us. Someone clearly needs some training.nUnprofessional and unwilling. Exactly the opposite of what you want from a care provider.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting; however, being very sick I wanted to go the closest clinic to home. The office is very cluttered with paperwork which makes it appear messy and dirty, yet they emphasize wearing a mask. Confusing on how to sign in and they ignore you if you donu2019t figure it out. Besides that all of the girls were nice but it seems to be run by all young people trying to get through the day. I sat down for blood pressure and vitals and was immediately asked what insurance I had and a form shoved my way for a test- yet the women had no idea what my symptoms were yet. I felt like I had strep yet they had no rapid tests of anything - you would think they could stock rapid tests to properly diagnose because 2-3 day turn around on the test doesnu2019t help much. Iu2019m not sure about everyone but I canu2019t wait around 2-3 days for results I have a job and things to do. Once in a room the girl spoke as if it was her first day and hurt me when looking inside my ears and Iu2019m not sure if she was even a nurse and she just kept saying she had to get the P.A. almost as if I wasnu2019t going to see a P.A. at all if they decided not to comeu2026 overall I left confused at how this clinic is run and I will not be back. I can only begin to imagine the bill that will come along with this because I got the sense they care about nickel and diming.

Iu2019ve never experienced an urgent care this well ran.. I went in for a dog bite and the wonderful lady at the front was so kind and helpful while checking innnI was then immediately taken back and the woman that took my vitals was so kind and compassionate with my experiencennThe PA I believe her name was Liz explained everything to me and ensured comfort the entire timenShe continuously checked on me because the visual of the bite made me a bit nauseasnnI was in and out in under an hour and all of the sweet women that took care of me were so compassionatennWarmed my heart nice people are still in the world! Iu2019m so grateful I went there to be treated!
