If I could rate this zero stars I would, went in with my sister who is having low blood sugar. Was told by Dr. Ashley that there is nothing they can do. So basically this was a waste of time and if she passes out that's not an emergency and no one can do anything. Cool thanks for nothing. This is why we need better doctors, ones who care about you and not your money. Do not go here save your money.

I actually wasnu2019t seen due to an issue with my Workmenu2019s Comp claim, that I was not aware of. However, the staff was fantastic & went the extra mile to explain the process to me. They were so very kind with the mixup. Would highly recommend them & would definitely come there in the future if I have an urgent care problem

Plus answering a phone when youu2019re u201cclosedu201d is a joke.nnEdit: the only suggestions you need are whatu2019s listed above. Imagine not changing hours on the most common site to look for hours. Also answering your phones while u201cclosedu201d is still a joke.

Very caring staff. Quick to be seen, thorough and most off all they listen! Been here several times different docs always satisfied. Far superior to kootenai urgent care.
