Everyone is amazing here! They care. They listen and theyu2019re fast. By far the best urgent care Iu2019ve ever gone to. Iu2019ve taken both of my kids, my whole family has been here with high success heal rates! Seriously they know their stuff and their limitations as to when someone needs more help beyond what they can offer. If you can make it to Lakes Urgent Care, I highly recommend you do. As we entered the urgent care with my sick son, we were immediately welcomed by the VERY NICE and friendly receptionist. They processed our information immediately and we were in the exam room within 10-15 min. We got to meet Kevin, I believe he is the NP. Very pleasant and professional. Took care of my son, spoke to all of us family members and explained everything that might have been related to my Sonu2019s sickness.

Even though it was a late weekday night and just before close. They got our Son in for a sprained ankle at the West Bloomfield site. They were tired and wanting to go Home for the night, you could read it. The Urgent Care Staff held their heads up high and got us in and out pretty quickly. We never felt rushed and I think they were knowledgeable and spectacular. Lakes Urgent Care Staff, Thank You for what you do! I donu2019t know the full capabilities of this location but, I highly recommend them.
