Iu2019ve had some not so pleasant experiences here in the past but things have changed. I came in with my one year old panicked because she got hurt and received nothing but calming and comforting staff from the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Everyone was thorough and cared for my daughter in a timely manner but also didnu2019t rush through anything. Iu2019m so happy with our experience and thank God my daughter is ok!nnSide note - Dr. Rotoliu2019s bedside manner is the best Iu2019ve seen, bar none.

I was born in this hospital 34 years ago and I still to this day think it's the best hospital. They always take such good care of me and they are always so quick and compassionate. I will drive 45 minutes just to come to this hospital. The staff are some of the best most caring people . They turnover rooms so efficiently and get testing done so fast! I couldn't reccomend this place more.

Just came back from my primary Dr. I have a viral infection. I sat for three hrs . To have a trainee and his boss not knowing what to do. Neither one looked in my ears, nose or throat. They were all infected. That had everything to do with my eyes. I suggest the trainees have hands on with their patience. You did nothing for me. The nurses were very nice though. I received a bill for $1500. Dollars for sitting in a chair for 3hrs. to have to Dr's that I couldn't understand and seen once. The staff was nice other wise these Dr's shouldn't be practicing in the er.

My daughter came to the ER yesterday morning. 12 wks pregnant, not able to urinate much, pain in abdomen. Dr checked heart and lungs, took urine. Said it was a UTI. Never ultrasounded bladder that was clearly full. Sent her home with antibiotics and told her to drink water. Returned to ER 3 hrs later when she was in unbearable pain. Unable to urinate. Made her wait in this unbearable pain until she passed out. Tried to do a EKG but stickers wouldnu2019t stay on because of her profuse sweating (the sweating is an indicator that her body is in extreme stress)and finally did an ultrasound, saw her bladder was unbelievable full and put a catheter in. New Dr checked blood this time and white blood count was very high. Eventually was transfer to Unity , thank god because she had a rare condition on top of a kidney infection. Kidney infection happened because of her urine retention. Her bladder was dangerously close to rupturing. 2 problems. The first Dr should have checked her blood, did an ultrasound and if that had happened she would have avoid the kidney infection and all the pain she suffered. Staff was unsympathetic except for 1 or 2. You are a hospital not an urgent care. Act like it. Take the time with a patient, listen to them and nobody should experience that amount of pain, in a hospital and treated with indifference. The second Dr worked hard to help her finally. Most of this could have been avoid if YOU had done your job!

I've had some good experiences there in the past but lately know they are getting terrible only because I come there a lot but I have stroke histories and other health issues and I have no choice but to go there for emergencies after last night of going there with a lump in my stomach and in pain and for them to say that I come there too much and didn't even address my problem and set me on my Merry way in the same the first time they've done this to me no image no blood work nothing I'm professional and the way some of the nurses talk about you behind your back and you can hear them out there something needs to be done they cannot Pawn somebody off and just dismiss you with discharge papers and say go home and they didn't even check you out you're not getting the accurate Healthcare there like I said they never used to be like that but they're getting terrible or at least they are with me and a lot of times they'll blame it on my anxiety that is very unprofessional too
