I walked in for my appointment right on time. I signed in and the asked the receptionist Tracy if i needed to fill out any paperwork and told her why i was their. She ignored me. I have been sitting here for over an hour i walk up and look up at the sign in sheet. My name is scratched off the list. So ask why my name is scratched off. I ask why that is. this same women Tracy coped an attitude and acted like it was my fault that i was skipped. She never apologized. she finally gets her head out of her rear and figured out actually i did need to fill out paperwork. So after i sat their for i get the paperwork that needs to be filled out. All the while tracy is giving me the mean mug. I have never witnessed such bad customer service in my life. Im not sure why i got this treatment.

This place is unorganized and unfriendly. They have lost my specimen for an employment drug screen and I'm back here again. Had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to even appear and give me paperwork to fill out. Would recommend to find the next clinic.

The worst place ever... I got here at 11:30am and it's 2:00 pm and I'm still waiting.... Mind you this place is empty ... The receptionist is the worst as well. She and her attitude needs to go...
