Had an issue while vacationing in the area. As a 'walk-in', had no idea what to expect either service-wise, or cost-wise.Reasonable wait (about 45 min), fairly easy check-in. Saw nurse immediately after being called, then about 10 min wait for DR (?), PA (?) Ross.He was thorough, friendly and attentive. Eventually ordered an x-ray, which thankfully proved negative. Rapid evaluation, then gave me some free drug samples to try for my ailment.They worked wonderfully, felt mucho better the following day.Why not 5 stars? Nurses & admin staff (with only one exception) were not particularly friendly or outgoing. Seemed to be just going through the motions and more involved with each other rather than interfacing with patients.Would I return? Most likely. But only because of PA Ross.

Usually people just get on the internet and just write bad reviews but I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit. My wife goes in with lower abdominal problems that are so bad that she is hunched over and crying. She has a history of ovarian cysts so we thought it might be that but she was feeling a little different this time. The doctor comes in and tells her that she doesn't think anything is serious or does any checks other than urine. Even though she has had multiple surgeries for this problem previously. My wife asks if it could be an obstruction and she laughs in her face saying there is no way that she would be in more pain. Long story short the Dr tells her to drink more water and take some ibuprofen. Basically had my insurance billed and paid money be to told to go drink more water. Extremely unprofessional. What's the point in being a doctor when you don't care about people?

It has been 6 days since I first went to Elite Care of Fayetteville...assuming that it used to be Lakeview. The wait is long, even with only 3 people ahead of me. I was there for an hour with my 5 month old b/c I had broken my foot. Dr. Ferguson was great! Super nice, very helpful but I felt like it was run horribly. The nurses were okay but not super friendly, they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. He asked if I had already had my xray and when I told him no, he said well you def. should have had that already. It took another 15 min for a nurse to come in and take me to get my xray. It took him about 5 min to discover and come back and tell me that indeed my foot was broken and that I would need to follow up with an ortho. He said he would refer me to one and even helped with an issue I have been having with my wrist. I called on MArch 31st and left a message for the referral lady bc I havent heard anything from an ortho. She called back but didnt leave amessage which I found to be odd since I requested the name of the doctor so I could contact them myself. It is now April 1st at 9:21 am and they havent opened, though their hours are 9am. Very frustrating. The ONLY reason I gave them two stars is b/c of Dr. Ferguson..he def. rates a 5 star in my opinion but the clinic is a 1 star. **I went by there this morning around 9:40am since I couldnt get anyone on the phone, I got the name of the ortho and called them myself..seems like they never received a referral from this place. While most of the nurses were very nice, I feel like they need better management. It just seems like its a mess

what a crock of #$%$. I am treated like a junkie when I go there even though I have x rays that show my back problems. Ferguson walks out before I am done talking and ignores things I would like addressed. So while I am waiting for him to come in and tell me something instead the nurse comes out ready to walk me out with only one prescription and no further instructions about the problems I was talking about. also I go in on wed and have to have prior authorization from medicaid for a prescription. I am laughed at and told we got this. We do this all the time. Today is Saturday and when I called They couldn t find my chart. When they do they tell me I don t see anything about anything . They said that they will take care of it now when they lied and said it was already taken care of.Plus The good Dr orders bogus allergy tests and x rays to gouge medicaid along with who knows what other bull #$%$ tests just to take advantage OF THE SYSTEM.

Thank you P. A. Travis Ross. I had an accident mowing and got a gash in my leg from a stray wire. He was thorough and found a 1 inch piece of rusty wire in my leg. Sewed me up beautifully. Wonderful nurse also! So grateful to have a place to go to other than the ER!!!
