Beware! The Doctor is by far the worst! How he still has his license is beyond me! Even when I mention his name to other Doctors and nurses they immediately give the look of NO!! Dr Patel is arrogant and his staff seems like theyu2019re almost afraid of him. He has you do exams/ tests you donu2019t even need!! Youu2019ll need an appointment for anything even a referral! I called to have him fax a mamo referral, he wouldnu2019t send it unless we made an appointment to see him when clearly it wasnu2019t necessary since my mom had seen him 3 months ago! I finally convinced her heu2019s not a good Doctor, she went to him out of convenience but not anymore I will have her going to my wonderful Doctor as of July. Stay away from this place! Dr Patel is money hungry he doesnu2019t care, my cousin had the same experience & stopped going there as well. Google best Doctors in Brooklyn, heu2019s not on the list.

Dr Patel is a good person he cares about his patients his staff is nice, I have know him for more than twenty years and he was always caring, he visit u daily when hospitalized and u can call him anytime and he answered and listen. He is a very nice and caring person and take time to care for yr health. I would recommend doctor Patel to any patients who needs a good doctor

Dr Patel Lalit is very caring about his patients health. He will talk to you clearly on your health. I like him being straightforward. The staff is friendly to everyone. I enjoy my visits.

A terrible place with poor customer service. I went here for Covid 19 testing in March, I had to do the swab myself. I called to get results which took several days. Dr Patel was rude on the phone. I got the results over the phone but he was not nice. Furthermore he charged my insurance for a follow up office visit for results on April 6 which did not take place as I only went there once. Why would I go back to his office for results when he had already told me that my results were negative over the phone. I disputed it with my insurance company and he lied to them. I do not recommend this place. They are still owing me $30 copay from the insurance. This place is all about money by any means.

How this is qualified as a doctoru2019s office and not a cash checking storefront is beyond me.nWoman at the front demanded $100 up front even though i shower her my insurance plan a co-pays (my fault for going along with it, if I wasnu2019t in pain I would have walked out).nWhen I was seen, the doctor barely opened my mouth to look, and lazily rested the otoscope on the outside of my ear canal without putting his eye to it (the reason I came in was for an ear infection) - prescribe cough medicine and Flonase (which I get over the counter). That was it, took about 30 seconds.nWould not send anyone to this poor excuse for a cash making front of a u201cphysicianu201d
