This place could use a lesson in compassion. I thought it would be convenient to have everything all in the same location but the attitude of my doctor was horribly negative. The Dr. rushed through each visit, failed to address things I was asking about, and refused to pursue diagnosis without explanation. I've experienced quite an intolerant and dismissive attitude here. Don't expect patience from the doctors. At least not the one I had.

Been coming here for 20+ years, it just keeps getting worse and worse. For some reasons doctors or PA's do not listen to concerns. I am sick and tired of complaining about the same symptoms to my doctor and feeling like they're either ignoring me or not listening. Either way, I advise you to go somewhere else. This place has declined in everything that has to do with healthcare and caring/compassion for the community they serve. I hope you guys stop focusing on money and do better as the main provider of healthcare here in Pennsylvania. I am not the only one with serious complaints about Lancaster General/Penn Medicine.

Tried scheduling online but can't get an appointment unless it's urgent and even then just a video visit. tried to have my birth control removed and was told to contact an OB/GYN that i don't have, was told my pcp doesn't have availability until january even though the birth control has been causing health issues. had my almost 1 year old daughter get her first flu shot here but when it came time to schedule the second dose they failed to inform me it had to scheduled 30 days out so they scheduled it too early and wasn't able to get it. It's impossible getting an appointment here. don't bother.

Don't answer the phone. Can't believe lgh can have these girls still employed. Nasty dispositions, disrespectful,. No training. Do better

They are awful. I've been going there for three years with chronic back and abdominal pain. I have followed every single instruction that they have given me, including changing my entire diet, Quitting smoking, receiving a colonoscopy among about 150 other tests, And yet they have no reasonable explanation for why I'm in so much pain. But not only that, but knowing how much pain and I am in, they refuse to even treat that. They refused to give me any kind of pain management . So I am forced to live my life in agonizing pain.
