Billing department is a joke. Beyond rude. Kayden was less then helpful and very snappy. Then Shannon the so called manager was horrible to deal with. Kept interrupting me as I was trying to speak and kept calling me the wrong name.

I love everyone here. Very professional and entertaining. Never had a bad experience and they are very good at keeping you informed and comfortable during procedures. The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner. Nurses are helpful. The front staff is very accommodating and friendly. Found my Heart a great place. Thank you all for your great work.

This place has signs that say that patients have to pay a no show fee or be prepared to have your appointment cancelled if you are late but ask for your money back when you have waited 45 MINUTES and you are still not ina room and no one has the common courtesy to apologize or offer to re-schedule and the staff looks at you like you have the audacity to ask for your money back! So pissed. I will find a way to get my results without ever going back there. Pete was a nice guy though

I only chose the one star since no stars is not a choice. We have NEVER been here but are receiving bills for procedures that were not performed!! When inquiring about the bill at the office, the only one in charge was a receptionist. She had no answers, no surprise there. So now we have to deal with medicare and our insurance for the falsified charges. I would not go to the office if they were the last drs on earth. Their staff is incompetent at best.
