Went to see Dr. McCormick for an issue that required labs. I requested specific labs, he agreed, and then ran the incorrect labs. I was billed for these labs, so I called my insurance and Meritas who (after 3 separate attempts at reaching them) finally told me the charges from Quest (labs) would be dropped and I had nothing to worry about as McCormick signed off that the labs were indeed incorrect. This was my first and only time seeing him. Then, a month later, I receive a delinquent charge letter from Quest stating that the bill for the labs would be sent to collections if I didnu2019t pay. I call Quest and explain the situation to them and they tell me there isnu2019t anything they can do, that the Quest point of contact at Meritas needs to write off the charges. I already was told they would be. Tough luck, call again. So here it is, 5:50 on a Thursday when they claim they are open, I call 3 times and get no answer. This place is a joke.

No stars for Dr. Forest.Told him symptoms and his response what do you want me to do about it? Guess I should have gone to ER. Felt dizzy, light headed, headache, left arm tingling shaky just didn't feel right. I will not be paying the bill since they didn't do anything except make the situation worse. Do yourself a favor DON'T GO HERE!

Was seen for an allergic reaction this morning by Dr. Fox.Check in was effortless by a nice young man.Dr. Fox followed protocal and was pleasant.Both nurses I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

I was 8 minutes late and they would not see me. I was late due to no circumstances that I could control (traffic accident)
