Dr. Liam Martin was absolutely amazing. He listened to me, he understood, he was very positive and straight to the point. If only ever appointment could go as easily and smoothly as this one did. I bet a lot more people would be more willing to get the medical help they need. I for one truly appreciated this positive experience as I have had some negative experiences in the last few years.

So i had an emergency and I set up an appointment here and assuming I had my assurance covered but it had a compilation so they said they had to have 150 dollars to do a compete check up or they said take yourself to McLaren or else you pretty much screwed. The sectary was so difficult rude and unprofessional pretty much she hade no problem to tell us to kick rocks nether less didn't even care if my son was breathing. I would run from this place and it hadn't been the first time . Stay far from here for real never again

First video visit through Lansing Urgent Care and had a fantastic experience!! The MA who took my intake and Liam my provider genuinely listened to my problems, found a solution, and explained their rationale for treatment options. I felt heard and unrushed. Super easy to set up and completed all in the comfort of my own home. Would highly recommend and will be doing again if applicable.

This place is absolutely disgraceful. My appointment was scheduled online yet I had to wait an hour in the waiting room? And while Iu2019m waiting, some dork pukes less than a foot away from me TWICE. It smelled awful especially since the mess was just sitting there for about a half hour before their cleaning crew or whatever cleaned it up. A HALF HOUR. Desk people were not the friendliest either. Horrible, horrible time. And once I finally got my check up the lady at the desk inside the doctor part told us to go against the doctors orders and wait for our paper back in the room. Who is she to go against the doctors very clear orders? Thankfully the doctor who was quite pleasant stopped us before we went back to the room. Urgent care get yourself and your staff together. Zero stars.
