I love this urgent care. It's the best one I've been to in town! Even when I'm extremely sick they help brighten my day. The dark haired nurse practitioner is literally one of the nicest people I've ever met! She always gives me the lowdown on what I need to do to feel better, and paying has never been a hassle.

There was a long wait when I went with what seemed like no other patients in the clinic, but overall the staff was helpful and friendly. However, trying to pay a balance with them is next to impossible. They don't answer phone calls without extremely long waits. The changed platforms without any communication to current patients. I've been told three times the owner would have to call me back to take care of the problem with my auto pay. Never got a call back. I'm trying to give you money, you would think it would be easier.

Charged $320 for a flu test with Cigna insurance. $13.26 for a flu test, $293.34 for a new patient fee. I've been in previously, my information was in the system. When I tried to call and ask about this and what appears to be a double charge for the influenza test, the third party billing office dropped the call. How does an Urgent Care justify charging a new patient fee? It's a walk in clinic. Who is using Urgent Care as a GP? Go to the ER, or better yet, just die and save yourself the trouble.

Been sending my employees here for years for physicals and drug screens. But man, the service was junk today. Almost all employees were just hanging out and leaving me hanging for an extra long time. Best part is the nurse just acted like thatu2019s the norm there. Pack a lunch if you need service here.
