I had great care by all the staff at Lavender Urgent Care. Front desk was friendly and registered me quickly. The assistant who took my vitals was also friendly. The PA that I saw was great. She was through, professional and got me diagnosed and started treatment fast. I was in and out in record time for a urgent care. I appreciated the follow up call to see how I was feeling a few days later. I would absolutely come here again if needed. I drove 45 min here due to insurance coverage and am glad I came here instead of another urgent care. Thank You Lavender Urgent Care for the great care you gave me.

This is not the place to go with an accident or injury. We went i to have a palm frond thorn that we knew was there removed, the doctor was either unwilling, unable or gets a kick back from the imaging center on the MRI's they send people for. No worries, we lanced and removed the thorn ourselves and had immediate relief. Our medical system is a joke. It's pretty pathetic when an untrained Ukrainian can do what a trained doctor could not.

Dr Robert Mara took great care of my toddler. He was very patient with him and explained everything in great detail to me. He answered all of my questions politely and patiently. I never felt rushed, and the rest of the staff was very nice as well. I highly recommend this place as an urgent care.

The staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. Our wait time to see the Dr was minimal. Both her and the nurse were friendly explained what we needed for our child. Ordered necessary medicine, made safety recommendations and had us on our way in 30 minutes or less.

While the care and doctors at the facility were smart, caring and wonderful, the post care and follow up was frustrating and not helpful. They ordered labs which they refused to interpret or give me feedback on that came back out of range. Their repeated 'scripts' on following up with my normal doctor did nothing to inform, educate or calm me. They shouldn't order labs that they are not willing to discuss or follow up on. Boo! Go somewhere else.
