Dr. Lauron is amazing...always addresses my questions and concerns. Sometimes there is a long wait time, but who doesn't have a wait time nowadays. I do not mind though, because he spends as much time as needed to take care of my medical needs as he does with the person in front of me. Very kind, and his staff is absolutely awesome.

Lauron is a great doctor but has horrible horrible staff. None of my calls have ever been answered, Iu2019m always leaving messages. Even then, maybe 1/3 of my messages actually result in a call back, most of the time they are never attended to. Thatu2019s doesnu2019t help when most of the time they send referrals/orders to the wrong doctor/hospital/pharmacy etc. A simple 2-call 1 day procedure turns into dozens of calls and voice mails over a 3 week period trying to get stuff lined up correctly. Big ole sad face :(

Don't waste your time.nWe set an appointment for my wife because the reviews were good for the doctor himself, even if his staff sucked. We had to reschedule due to a family hospitalization, they were gracious enough to offer to waive the reschedule fee so long as we brought proof. (We rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.) Fast forward to 24 hours before the rescheduled appointment, we don't have the cash for the copay (cash only by the way, I'll bet it isn't reported as income to the IRS...), need to reschedule again. I called 23 hours and 45 minutes before the appointment, for the sake of 15 minutes, they want to charge me again. Fine, I'll bring it with us when we come. But no, the Dr. insists that the cancellation fee be payed before an appointment is rescheduled. so wait, I'm telling you we can't afford The copay, but you want me to pay an additional fee that I also can't afford before I can even make an appointment? The short version is, this quack doesn't care about patients, he cares about his bank account and nothing more.

His office staff is horrible! And Nancy is the worst! Saying they are rude is an understatement. If you say something to the dr about his staff being rude, heu2019s rude right back. The wait time to see the dr is never under 2 1/2 hours but he usually always has the tv on so you can usually get through one maybe two movies, no joke! Once you get in to see the dr, if youu2019ve caught him on a good day, heu2019s attentive and very chatty, heu2019ll even talk to you about the Cbd that he carries with him. But if you catch him on a bad day, heu2019ll barely listen to what youu2019re in there for.nNow heu2019s reduced his hours, planning for retirement, so trying to get in to see him is even harder. So if youu2019re looking for a new doctor, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Dr. Lauron is a great Dr. He listens to his patients. He always helps me. Can't ask for more than that. I've never waited over an hour to get in. He spends time with his patients & will do the same for all who need it. Some have criticized his staff. Nancy is particularly nice. I've been in Drs office's where they act like they're doing you a big favor by just being there. Nancy is calm, collected, polite and doesn't act stressed out when she's on the phone. She acts like she likes her job. I feel blessed & thankful that Dr Lauron takes care of me u2665ufe0fThank you very much.
