I was going to call a 3rd day in a row hoping to speak with a supervisor/manager, but after seeing these reviews, Iu2019m sure I wonu2019t get a return call as itu2019s obvious no oneu2019s managing this establishment. I mentioned that the guy at the desk who took the paperwork I just filled out, although he had a mask on, sounded twice as sick as I was. He went into shock, then someone came out from the back room, telling me not to be rude, I was stating the facts. Back-roomer said she would not see me and told me to leave. No Soup For You! There are plenty of parking spaces in front of Lawrenceburg Urgent care, and itu2019s probably going to stay that way. Went to the new St. Eu2019s, in Greendale, got an x-ray and diagnosed all inside 20 minutes and the prescriptions were ready when I got to Kroger 2 miles away.

Absolute the worse urgent care possible! I arrived with a screaming baby with. Blazing ear infection at 8:20, they do not close until 9 pm they refused to see anymore patients! Waiting room was empty, and they were packing up to leave! This place doesnu2019t close until 9. This is absolutely insane. It was a waste of a 40 minute drive with a screaming baby at 8 at night in the cold! For them to turn down patients because they want to leave early. Itu2019s a literal joke. From someone in schooling in the medical field it shows what kind of place I will never work at.

This place is ridiculous. My husband went after work to take our son to the doctor so he can return to school tomorrow and showed up at 8:26. (Online it is posted that they close at 9pm).nA guy comes out and asks him if heu2019s trying to be seen. My husband responded yes, and explained the situation with our son. The gentleman that works there said that they stop seeing patients at 8:30. My husband responded that it was 8:26 and that he brought him right after work. The gentleman responded that they had cleaning and stuff to do so they couldnu2019t take him.nIf you close at 8:30, then post that. This isnu2019t the first time this has happened there. Iu2019ve had several negative encounters at this urgent care. This was our final straw with them.nGo to St Elizabeth urgent care. MUCH better care and they close when stated, and donu2019t come up with foreign charges.

WOW. They really show how much they care about their jobs and this community. Opens at 8am and I waited until 845am, still no one showed up. This place needs someone that can run it properly. Time to fire some people and get some that actually want to work and care about their profession.

Got there at 8:26 PM didn't get asked what we needed to be seen for and was immediately turned away said they were closing. Hours are posted 8Am-9PM. My daughter just needed her ear looked atud83dude21
