I came here for a pre-employment screening. Front desk staff, Janay greeted me with a smile. She promptly walked me through the registration online. The wait wasnu2019t too unreasonable. I arrived at 8:30, filled out some forms, and was seen at 9:15. Medical Assistant Lucrecia was cheerful and explained the process. She was thorough in checking lab labels with me, thatu2019s important! Overall, GREAT experience. Smile and be professional, keep up the good work!

Wonderful staff and doctor, the best Urgent Care I've ever visited. Doctor Sanchez is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's saying and doing, he's soft spoken and well spoken. I left his office feeling like part of the family. I am well pleased with the time and attention given by the entire staff. He's my Urgent care doctor for life. Thanks for all you do, Dr Sanchez and staff.

As a disclaimer, it is rare that I visit my primary care provider or any provider for that matter and thank goodness it had been many years since I had to go to an urgent care, Iu2019ve been successful in self diagnosing and treating myself on a naturopath level, but sometimes intervention is needed. And I Knew that I needed an MRI or an ultrasound for an injury from the day before. I figured it would be easier to see my PCP, but they couldnu2019t see me until the end of the day so I went right over to MD NOW in the midway shops Because I live blocks away It was very quiet, very peaceful. The lady in the reception area was super nice and helpful -I only had to wait a few moments, which was a pleasure anyway. The medical assistant, and the provider were very warm and friendly. I just felt very comfortable and peaceful. And I did mention that to them Tamarac does not offer imaging, but they sent me to another location with the same day priority note and that was another super quick simple process . I felt the need to acknowledge everybody that I dealt with at both locations for their kindness and excellent work ethic which made my painful injury situation a lot easier

It was clean, which is very important to me. Wait time wasn't bad at all but when I was taken back to the room the nurse spoke a little to loudly for me as though I was hard of hearing and none of them had a smile on their faces like they didn't enjoy being there, which I don't like. Having a good bedside manner, so to speak, is also important to me, especially when one doesn't feel well.nFor that reason I gave them 2 stars...nI just went through the reviews and it appears to me that once they receive a bad report the management most likely goes in and reprimands the employees and it's all good for a couple of times for those who actually do a review, then they fall back into their lazy appearance, no smile and no empathy for the patient. This is not a good sign people!

Doctor did not attend my needs very lazy. Explain to him that I need a month supply of blood pressure medicine. He only gave me 15 days. I feel my whole time that I went. There was a waste of time. I sat in the office for three hours, they never weighed me or check my height. Doctor seem to be upset that he had to even see me. Very disappointed. Doctor had a bad attitude will not use that doctor again.
