Service was great. Staff was friendly! Only complaint was the ac was not working. That was no fault of theirs but made it uncomfortable especially in pain. Again no fault of theirs! Definitely recommend! I will be switching from the other urgent care for sure!

Normally I love this urgent care. Only one I will go to. Today; however, not so much. Nurse was rude, and basically threw samples at me, and yelled instructions on how to take the meds as she was walking off and I was paying. All my tests were negative, covid, flu, and strep. On my discharge paperwork, said u201ccontact with and (suspected) exposure to covid-19. Which is a lie. Never said I had contact with anyone, and my test was negative. And upon onset of symptoms, to the day I went for treatment, Iu2019d have tested positive for antigens if I indeed had covid. Went in for sinus infection and possible tonsillitis. The NP barely looked in my ears, barely looked in my throat, did not listen to my lungs.nIf the NP Joey had been there, I probably wouldnu2019t have even thought of leaving a review, but I was very displeased with the lies and level of care from Charmaine Lemaire, and Jenna Stewart.

The onsite physician actually remembered me from over a year ago, which is amazing in itself. The care I get there is usually very quick, diagnosis accurate, and the receptionists are professional and polite. Also, my personal doctor recommended this place after the Green Door urgent care misdiagnosed me twice. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

The best experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care facility. I made an appointment online and set a check in time and filled out all paperwork online. It was the easiest and the quickest doctor visit. The staff was very kind and very caring. This place is top notch. I highly recommend.nnThanks to everyone that helped me today from the nice secretary to the kind nurses & doctor. Everything was top notch! Efficient and professional care and very compassionate. You all are the best. I won't go anywhere else.
