STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE! Itu2019s really a shame of how rude the staff are considering the type of services theyu2019re providing and the fact that theyu2019re seeing parents and children when theyu2019re at a vulnerable moment in theyu2019re lives. I tried to take my daughter in the be seen on the 23rd of this month and I was told that due to my daughter being autistic and their waiting area being jammed packed at the time,( that would over stimulate her), that they would be able to work with me and give me a call when they get to her name to bring her in. I waited in my car with her a hour after I checked her in (they were now closed at this time point but still seeing the last patients that came before closing), before I saw the last patient exiting the waiting room and I just decided to take my daughter in since I hadnu2019t received a call nor had anyone come to the front to ask for us. The security guard didnu2019t want to originally let me in which was a red flag but I decided to still wait to see if she would be called. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes approximately, I spoke to the nurse that was escorting the last patients out and she informed me that the admissions team told the nurses that I just left so they took my daughter off the board and they werenu2019t able to see her. I understood lebonheur to be a place that were understanding to the special accommodations that a child may need with special needs instead Iu2019m feeling discriminated against because we needed accommodations in the first place. I really pray Memphis gets better options than this place soon.

My son was sobbing in pain today over an ear infection... We came here and was seen in less than 45 minutes! Everyone was very friendly although it was close to closing time. My baby was out the door fast and with a prescription. I was very pleased!

Staff were very rude. Nurse practitioner Jill didnu2019t properly examine my 2year old who has a virus. I expressed that she is having trouble breathing due to so much congestion and when she listened to her lungs , she did it over her shirt and claimed she did not hear any wheezing . Do not recommend if you want the proper treatment for your children..

This place not even worth a star , the only reason Iu2019m giving them a star is because I have to rate this visit . Stephanie the nurse practitioner is extremely rude , Iu2019ve never in my life been treated so disrespectful and rude with no emotion or concern. This lady had a problem with me asking her what I should give my son for his coughing, since she wouldnu2019t test him or treat him . she literally started yelling and stormed out of the room slamming the door stating u201c nothing will stop the coughing . She then told me to try warm honey. Iu2019m extremely disappointed especially since itu2019s a Lebonheur business.nLeBonheur should Fire nurse Stephanie and it would be a better place.

My 5-year daughter fell off the top bunk bed injury her left arm on November 10th about 7pm. She was still crying in pain around 10pm so I looked up the nearest Childrensu2019s urgent care center. We were in town visiting family.nnThe patient parking lot had about 2 cars. We were greeted at the door for Covid questions and temperatures. I waited about 3-5 minutes and was called to the counter to complete patient & insurance forms.nnWe waited another 5 minutes and my daughter was seen by triage nurse ud83dudc68ud83cudffeu200du2695ufe0f ud83dudc69ud83cudffdu200du2695ufe0f for vitals and summary of injury. Triage nurse examined my daughter while someone else took notes ud83dudcdd for the computer.nnShortly after that she was called to a room and seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner ud83euddd1u200du2695ufe0f. I do t recall, but the attending physician was nice, polite, asked questions, and examined my daughters wrist. She ordered xrays and pain meds for my daughter (the dose i had given her at 8pm was too low fir her age/body weight).nnX-ray technician was nice, but was attempting to make my daughter hold her wrist arm in positions that were apparently too painful to do. However, i do understand the importance of getting good film to determine damage. It was painful to watch.nnNo obvious brakes seen on X-ray. Nurse practitioner returned to give prognosis and explain that it seems like her pain is in the wrist area but unable to determine a lot by X-rays and that the film would be read by radiologist in the morning. If they find something they would call u260eufe0f me. I was told continue to ice, elevate, and provide pain meds.nnThe discharge nurse ud83dudc69ud83cudffdu200du2695ufe0f was very nice. She went over after care instructions and provided a list of pediatric orthopedic doctors to follow-up with if necessary. She fitted my daughter for a split/brace and that seemed to give my daughter a sense of security (because she favored her left wrist) always holding it for support.nnThe ud83dudc6eud83cudffdu200du2642ufe0f security guard walked us to our car. The time was approximately 11:40pm.nnI would highly recommend bring your child to the urgent care facility. It was clean, well staffed, modern equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff that seemed to u201cCAREu201d. Itu2019s not easy dealing with a crying toddler but the staff demonstrated patients and sympathy. My daughter and I were able to sleep that night ud83dude34 knowing that there were no major broken bones.nnThe next day around 2pm i received a call from Childrenu2019s Urgent Care informing me radiology detected damage to my daughters wrist and advised me to get her to an orthopedic doctor ASAP. We went over the list she had given me the night before trying to determine the closest facility (because Iu2019m visiting from Chicago while in OliveBranch, MS). I booked an appointment and my daughter was seen at LeBonher Orthopedics in Germantown.
